Hike to the White Spot on Anvil Island

One of the big hikes on Anvil Island is a mostly uphill climb to "The White Spot," which is really just a rock that someone has painted white so that it can be seen from the camp down below.

Chris and Sam went along with a group of others.  (I stayed down below with the younger three children, and some of the other kids in the congregation whose parents wanted to go on the hike.)

This was Sam's first time up to the White Spot, and he did it with no problem!  Just "above" Sam's thumb, you can see the camp.
